Relocation Assistance
I would like to take this opportunity to report on my apartment hunting trip to Huntington Beach. I was able to find suitable housing in the time that I allowed for the effort. The assistance rendered by Ted Bosley of Tarbell Realty was very helpful and he was very pleasant to deal with.
Since I was new to the area, it was helpful to have a knowledgeable contact looking out for my interests. Once I had specified what my housing needs were in the immediate future, Mr. Bosley responded with leads on rentals that were much superior to those that were available to me by the usual means.
The fact that I did not lease a property recommended by Mr. Bosley, was due to circumstances beyond both his and my control. I was, however, able to commit for a nice apartment in the same area. If there had been more time, I am certain that Mr. Bosley would have been successful in finding another property to fit my needs.
The time spent with Mr. Bosley was very instructive and probably helped me make a better selection. I plan to maintain contact with him for any future real estate needs and would recommend him to others as an able assist in the relocation process in the Huntington Beach area.
